TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENTS

OFFERS: New Offers are submitted under News and Events pane available in Home Page, unless otherwise specified. Quoted (in stock items) are not automatically subject to reservation, but promptly available as long as stock lasts.

SHIPPING: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. We estimate dates shipping and delivery for you based on the availability of your items and depending on the shipping options and provider you choose. The Seller will exercise their best efforts to ship on schedule, but shall not be liable for damage or loss because of any delay in delivery. Seller reserves the right to fill order by complete or partial shipments unless otherwise agreed.  Costs for Shipping, handling and insurance will be charged to the customer's account: (single charge for part deliveries).

DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery Time (for items not is stock) is roughly around 60-90 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. We do our utmost to arrange for fastest delivery possible. Quoted delivery times are always approximate and without any legal obligations for us.

PAYMENT: For new customers, we initially work on payment term (Advance) or L/C Irrevocable at sight. However, after our worthy clients have done successful business with us for one year, we change the payment term from Advance to CAD for the convenience of our worthy customers.

Warranty: We guarantee unconditionally our instruments to be free from manufacturing defects. We also give 1 year guarantee on all our instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect. Warranty is void if Instrument has not been maintained properly or not used for its intended purpose.

COMPLAINTS: Complaints are to be made immediately after receipt of the goods If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase. In case you found the shipment to be damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately! In that case, please use the original packing for return shipment.

RETURN SHIPMENTS: When returning goods, please be sure to use proper packing, enclose an order reference (copy of packing list e.g.) and a written description of the problem incurred. If the instruments have been used, please ensure that they are absolutely clean and that any biological, chemical or other contaminants have been removed before returning them. The return shipment has to be effected without charges to SHAHEENROYAL and must be registered and /or insured at the sender`s expense.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:  As a courtesy to our customers we also offer special articles/items not offered in our catalogue. These items must be ordered / confirmed in writing. Special order items cannot be returned.

DISCOUNTS: A discount of 3% is given for purchase orders of instruments exceeding 1,500.00$ (net value, without side costs), 5% for purchase orders exceeding 3,000.00$.

EXEMPTIONS FROM LIABILITY: With the purchase of any product sold by SHAHEENROYAL INTERNATIONAL, the customers assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever in the use of such a product. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable in tort or contract for any loss or damage, directly, incidentally, or consequentially arising out of the use, misuse, poor care, improper handling or incorrect application of such a product. We disclaim liability for any printing or other errors in our catalogues, Article numbers, etc. and any circumstances which may arise out of these errors. The designs,. styles and dimensions as depicted in this catalog are subject to change without notice.
